But you feel a bit self-conscious in the LYCRA? Does it suit me? Will I look bad? The Answer is NO!
 
These suits are specially designed to move with the body to prevent chafing, so there are no restrictions to your movement. We make cycling wear for you guys to feel comfortable and my modified pattern designs are there to make you look great no matter your shape. We cater for sizes XS to 3XL. We straighten out the curves so you can look great in our original themed designs and enjoy the benefits!
I have been fortunate to have been exposed to many things in my life culminating into the birth of Perfuro Gear.

I have always been fascinated by the weather and its power.

I lived on a hill that faced South along the coast. On hot summer afternoons, I could watch the Southerly Buster rumble Northwards in its short-lived but violent path to cool things down. Perfuro is Latin for the verb to storm, to rage.
I found myself on the Gold Coast of Australia, back into the international supply chain working long hours with quite a lot of stress. I took to cycling to enjoy the mornings, to get fit and expel the excess energy and stress to ready myself for the day. It is invigorating and meditating. The region would have to be one of the best areas for cycling with its accessible mixture of flats, lumpy and mountainous terrain.
Over this time, I connected with friends and made new ones as cycling produces camaraderie between the participants.
After buying several types of kit over time I found they were functional, but they could be better, more comfortable and more exciting. I was leafing through websites, catalogues, looking in shops and could not find anything that was appealing or had any meaning. While there is some variety, there appeared to be a major trend of producing dark, plain-coloured emotionless garments with ultra-simplistic designs with a minimalist design.
Perfuro was born out of a deep-down passion to make something that is timeless in design, inspiring and motivating to the pilots (riders), and make them stand out from the peloton. I combine my technical skills, interests in the fluid cycles & Fibonacci patterns of our environment and my creative energy.

When you wear Perfuro, it unleashes your inner potential. At Perfuro Gear, we looked out and saw that we needed to create something new, something inspiring, something that you can draw energy from, and use it to power your ride.

Perfuro provides a window to an untapped drive you didn’t know existed. Perfuro itself is a verb, meaning to storm, to rage and thunder is synonymous with the mindset to power you through the next challenge.

The word itself invokes the power, the energy, and the freedom given to you from the elements that surround us and provide the mindset to power you through your next challenge.

Perfuro's designs take inspiration from mother nature - the greatest force we know, so you can absorb and feel it, inspire and give you the strength to achieve anything.

Influenced by Weather Systems

Our designs are influenced by weather systems, our Mother Earth’s natural elements, and the patterns in nature that make up our surroundings.

We use these patterns, then extrapolate them into designs that represent energy, endurance and that spark of motivation to beat the next trial.

Our designs extract the power from the elements —wind, lightning, clouds, and rain, and lets the cyclist enjoy the energy that the garments emanate.
